How to Search by VIN
Play it safe with AUBIRI! Check your van spare part using the VIN code. (video tutorial)
1. Enter VIN and start search
Enter the 17-character VIN code into the search field at the top of the page. The VIN uniquely identifies your vehicle – based on it, the system will accurately detect the vehicle type and display only compatible parts.
2. Confirm VIN and access the catalog
After a successful VIN search, a confirmation message will appear. Click on “View catalog” to enter the list of parts specifically assigned to your vehicle. Only compatible parts for your vehicle will be displayed.
3. Search options
After opening the catalog, the exact vehicle identification based on VIN will be displayed on the right side of the screen (e.g. FIAT PROFESSIONAL NUOVO DUCATO 2006–2014).
At the top, you can select the search method for spare parts:
Graphic search (recommended) – displays technical diagrams and allows part selection directly from the image.
Universal category search – displays a list of parts without graphical diagrams.
4. Select parts by group category
From the category list, click on the desired main group – for example, “100 ENGINE AND SUSPENSION”. After opening, the subcategories of parts will be displayed, such as:
10000 ENGINE
10002 POWER PLANT SUSPENSIONS
10003 ENGINE SUSPENSIONS
These names represent specific assemblies with associated diagrams. Click on a subcategory to open the corresponding diagram view.
5. Select the parts diagram / exploded view
After selecting a subcategory, technical diagrams of individual assemblies will appear on the right. Each diagram represents a specific area – e.g. engine, mounts, transmission mounts, etc. Click on a diagram to open the detailed view and list of available parts.
6. Identify parts by diagram and list
The diagram page displays the exact technical illustration of the assembly. Each part is marked with a number. On the left, you will see a list of parts with OE codes and names.
Click on a part number in the list (e.g. item 5 – SUPPORT), and it will be highlighted on the diagram. This way, you can easily verify and select the desired part by name and continue.
7. Select a part and add it to the cart
Clicking on a part in the diagram will open a list of available manufacturers. Each part is displayed with its OE number, OE code, brand, stock availability and price.
Select the part according to your preferences (manufacturer, price, availability, etc.). You can adjust the quantity and add the part to the shopping cart.
8. Looking for more parts? Keep searching. Check your cart and continue selecting parts.
After adding a part, a confirmation will appear indicating that the item has been successfully added to your cart. If you wish to order the part immediately, click “Order goods”. If you wish to continue selecting more parts, click “Back to store”.
You can return to the parts catalog at any time by clicking “Back to overview” (see point 5). In the upper right corner of the page, you can also see the current total value of your order.
9. Complete selection and proceed to checkout
Once all desired parts are added, click the cart icon or the button at the top of the screen. A summary of selected items will appear – click on “Basket” to complete your order.
Here you can review selected parts, change quantities or remove items. When everything is correct, proceed to enter delivery details and finish your order.
